Pizza in Rawai

Fifteen Italian pizzas baked to order. Our guests' favourites are the four cheese, the Margherita and the Diavola. For a special night, try the fresh black truffle or the Parma ham with burrata.

Pasta & risotto

Classics from all over Italy: carbonara and amatriciana, tagliatelle bolognese, lasagna, pesto Genovese, pasta alla Norma and gnocchetti campidanese. Our signature dish is the fresh truffle pappardelle. Gluten-free pasta is available.

Steak & mains

Black Angus tenderloin (please allow 15–20 minutes), a 300 g tagliata di manzo with rocket and parmesan, slow-braised beef cheek, grilled local prawns, sea bass and salmon.

Burrata, boards & starters

Italian cold cuts and cheese boards, five kinds of burrata including truffle burrata, beef carpaccio, tuna tartare, arancini and bruschetta.

Wine, spritz & cocktails

Italian and French wines, with five by the glass, Prosecco and Champagne. There are also eight spritzes, from Aperol to Hugo, Negronis and signature cocktails.

Vegetarian, halal & gluten-free

Vegetarian pizzas, pastas and burratas, halal beef and chicken, and gluten-free pasta on request. Pork dishes are clearly marked on the menu.
